When am I charged?
Your card is held when you book, then charged once the contractor accepts. The money goes to them only after you confirm the job, or automatically 48 hours after completion if you don’t respond.
What if I’m not happy?
Report a problem with photos within 48 hours, before the payment is released. Your contractor gets a chance to come back and make it right.
Do I need to be home?
No. Just make sure they can reach the lawn.
Who are the contractors?
Independent local lawn care businesses, with insurance verified for the “Insured” badge.
